The GE Fanuc IC600BF827 high-speed counter module is an intelligent, microprocessor-based I/O module that is designed to provide speed and velocity measurement solutions to a wide variety of industrial applications where the frequency of the incoming pulses would otherwise overwhelm the GE Series Six CPU. This module belongs to the GE Series Six I/O module family, and it is made to be installed on the GE Series Six I/O rack or the Series 60 CPU rack. Standard features on the IC600BF827 high-speed counter module include the ability to receive a variety of counting inputs such as the digital tachometer, quadrature encoder, transistor/photo switch, and mechanical switch input levels and the module is jumper-configurable to accept TTL differential, TTL single-ended, or 10 to 30 Volts DC signals levels.
