The main purpose of the IC600CB537 communication control module is to provide a serial interface between the GE Fanuc Series Six CPU and any other intelligent devices that can be used to initiate communication, depending on the required Type 2 and Type 3 communication control module protocols and the required electrical interface. The Series Six CCM2, CCM3, or input and output CCM are some of the intelligent devices that can support this interfacing.
