Communications Control Module Type 1 GE Fanuc Series Six Module Board

The IC600CB514 communications control module is a Type 1 communications control module by GE Fanuc Automation that belongs to the GE Fanuc Series Six product line. This module supports different modes of communication, including peer, slave, and master communications. It also features the Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) mode of operation, which is a slave/master protocol. The module is designed and intended to link PLCs with a computer, process controller, and other intelligent devices that use the RTU protocol. Only the master protocol can be used to initiate the communications request when the RTU mode is used. The GE Fanuc IC600CB514 communications control module is configurable as a slave unit for operating in the RTU mode. It supports both the CCM and RTU slave communication modes.
